Around the community, I am known for my three passions: My children, photography, and my love of youth Athletics. All three have been known to intertwine over the years – as you can find me at the sideline at many of the high school athletic events capturing the action. My camera is always in hand to capture special moments. As a realtor that is involved in our community, I can share valuable information about our community that may benefit both buyers and sellers.
My Hobby of photography has served me and my clients well through the years as I use my camera to help clients stage their homes in the best possible light. I like to take pre-listing photos so we can look at the home and decide what we can do to make it show at its best. I demonstrate my commitment to success, service, and results. .Kris most recently helped us sell our condo. She took the time to walk through the house and suggest what we fix or update to get the condo ready to sell. Kris is always available when you need her – evenings, weekends, even meeting at your home. Kris also helped us buy a house 3 years ago. She was very patient with us since it took us about a year to find a house that met our needs. Kris also knows the real estate market and the east valley so well, this is definitely an advantage.
